In 2000, Ganjnameh Hamedan cultural and sports tourist village has created a model tourism area in the northern slope of Alvand mountains. This complex has succeeded in obtaining the necessary permits from the Organization of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, as well as the Organization of Physical Education and obtaining full building permits for the construction of about 18,000 meters of roofed infrastructure. Ali Sadr Tourism Company owns 40% of the shares of this complex and as one of the investor groups in this area, it carries out cultural and economic activities.

This complex, which has been proposed as one of the strongest tourism hubs in Iran and the Middle East and has become a member of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), and with a daily capacity of 5,000 people, has the ability to provide a variety of cultural, sports, entertainment and accommodation services to Iranian tourists and foreign.

Ganjnameh tourist resort village is located at the end of the lush valley of Abbas Abad, 5 km from Hamedan city and in the vicinity of historical inscriptions and the beautiful waterfall of Ganjnameh. The pleasant climate of the mountain, the beautiful valley of Elvand and the unique landscape of Mishan plain have caused many tourists from different parts of the country and even the world to visit this area.

This complex has facilities such as residential villas, cable cars, Tirol sports sites, bungees, aerial balance, etc. It is considered one of the best tourist areas in the province and even in the west of the country.
